DOWNSIZING "BASIC ADVISORY SERVICE" ($250 ONE TIME FEE)
The fun, eclectic style of BOHO HOSPITALITY incorporates anything and everything--the key to having it work for your DIY Inn is that it matches YOU and how you live your life.
Starting with what you own, we incorporate creative accents so guests feel comfortable. We repurpose as much as we can (just so long as it's useable and loved). This keeps costs down without sacrificing style.
We will come into your home so we can advise you on what to do to get your home ready for sale. We will focus on providing you with a "To Do" list highlighting the essentials. This is for home sellers who need to get their momentum going. Let's get you started with the least amount of hassle and worry.
DOWNSIZING “MARKET READY” SET-UP ($250 DEPOSIT + "AFTER SALE" BALANCE*)
We love helping clients get their homes ready for sale. This service increases the value of your home, so it pays for itself, and can help with the moving process too. One of the best aspects to this side of BOHO HOSPITALITY is that we do our best to have clients use and repurpose as many of their own items as possible so you get a lot of bang for your buck.
The fee includes an overview of what it will take to prepare your home for market. Expect design suggestions and ideas for "half packing" your home so it looks staged with your own items. When complete, it will be ready for professional photographs to market your home's sale.
*The $250 deposit for any services (i.e. designing rooms, culling items, packing) you hire us to complete on your behalf. In some cases we can negotiate to have a portion of your balance paid after the sale of your home.
