DIY INN "BASIC ADVISORY SERVICE" ($200 ONE TIME FEE)
We will come into your home so we can advise you on what to do to get your DIY Inn up and running. We will focus on providing you with a "To Do" list highlighting the essentials. This is for would-be hosts who need to get their momentum going. Let's get you started with the least amount of hassle and worry.
DIY INN “MAGAZINE READY” SET-UP ($250* ONE TIME FEE)
We love helping clients get their guest spaces “Magazine Ready.” This service increases the value of your DIY Inn, so it pays for itself quickly, and can be a lot of fun too. One of the best aspects to this side of BOHO HOSPITALITY is that we do our best to have clients use and repurpose as many of their own items as possible so you get a lot of bang for your buck. The fee includes a detailed list of necessary items for getting your DIY Inn ready for guests. We will fine tune a budget for what you still need to buy, do the shopping for you, and come in and make your guest room ready for a professional photographer to capture your unique, comfortable guest room.
*Cost is per guest room unless otherwise specified in your contract.
DIY INN ONLINE MARKETING SET-UP ($250 ONE TIME FEE)
Working with us will not only make you more money AND your life easier, we’re also going to ensure your DIY Inn experience matches the lifestyle YOU want to lead. Get ready for a steady stream of income and new friends from all over the world. True hospitality is that rare blend of generosity, grace, and openness. It’s one of those things you know it when you feel it. When we design your online marketing, we’re sharing a piece of our hearts with people who value our personal, home-based brand. By paying attention to details, the marketing will showcase how you provide a welcoming environment for guests while also being a good neighbor. Our experience with this industry means that we know seven years worth of tricks-of-the-trade for getting the kinds of guests you want for top dollar. This service includes 2-3 revisions where we assist you with fine tuning your listing once you have paying guests.

This is for home sellers who need to get their momentum going. Let's get you started with the least amount of hassle and worry.
DOWNSIZING “MARKET READY” SET-UP ($250 DEPOSIT + "AFTER SALE" BALANCE*)
We love helping clients get their homes ready for sale. This service increases the value of your home, so it pays for itself, and can help with the moving process too. One of the best aspects to this side of BOHO HOSPITALITY is that we do our best to have clients use and repurpose as many of their own items as possible so you get a lot of bang for your buck. The fee includes an overview of what it will take to prepare your home for market. Expect design suggestions and ideas for "half packing" your home so it looks staged with your own items. When complete, it will be ready for professional photographs to market your home's sale.
*The $250 deposit is non-refundable and includes a list of detailed recommendations for staging your home. The balance of the contract will be any services (i.e. designing rooms, culling items, packing) you hire us to complete on your behalf. In some cases we can negotiate to have a portion of your balance paid after the sale of your home.
